We are happy to provide customers with store credit when contacting us within 7 days after tracking has shown that you've received your order. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Please remove used liners before sending items back.
Returns for refund are not given under any circumstance as our policy is Store Credit Only. No Exceptions. We do not process direct exchanges or refunds. Once an item is returned to us, we issue store credit which can be used to buy the size needed or a different style, use the credit as you would like. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed and shipped or are in the transit process.
Items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for store credit as well.
Please note that if you wish to cancel an exchanged item, we will not issue a refund for the original order only store credit.

HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS: Once your request has been submitted, our team will respond within 1-3 business days. Please wait for a response from our team before sending the order back. DO NOT return the items without filling out the return request and receiving a response as we will not complete the exchange that way and are not responsible for it. Packages sent this way will be rejected and returned to customer.
Once your return is received and inspected by our logistics department, a store credit will be issued to you. Please allow 1-3 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment looks used/worn/altered.
